@zomato when ordering on Hyperpure, overall good experience. But try returning a product and their true colors show. Tried to return a substandard Chinese wok broom and got talked to like I was being interrogated by the Spanish Inquisition. Bye bye Hyperpure

@ZomatoHyperpure 15mins ka time toh aapko dena hoga. The staff is ready to reach. So so many times your order has reached us at 3pm, when the time was 10AM. I want strict action against the cust rep, she was extremely rude and annoying.

@ZomatoHyperpure what kind of customer service is this? My timing for delivery was 10:15-10:45am. Driver reached at 10AM. And now saying, I’m cancelling the order. In fact, your cust rep, she is saying her so called dialogues, we are cancelling ur order. Im sorry.. what is this?

@deepigoyal pls check the quality of mutton on Hyperpure. I ordered 2 kg and it looks damn suspicious. Never seen such pieces in boneless and boned mutton. Lodged a complaint and it’s been taken care of. But it’s not about me, rather about your customers.

Extremely disappointed with @zomatocare.@ZomatoHyperpure Ordered Mozzarella cheese (Derista), but received bogus quality—won't melt and tastes awkward. Raised a ticket, promised resolution in 24hrs, but still nothing. Just a passing game between Hyperpure & Derista (sonaidairy)
