@DahBugs @GypsytheScumbag @RockstarGames I mean I get it from one perspective with the weekly bonus, but I don’t think it’s enough to offset the overall nerfs. Weekly bonus varies from 1.2 to 1.8, but assuming that you do a heist 2-3 times a week it’s still more profitable to have the old numbers.

Also this could lead to blatant exploits like doing a gta v money glitch and then moving all that money into GTA 6

People really underestimate how much more popular Rockstar is now than they were a decade ago. The fact that Rockstar now owns the #2 and #3 spot for the best selling games ever puts this into perspective. Anyone who isn't a GTA fan doesn't seem to realize how disastrous launching any game (Yes even Ocarina Of Time Remake) near GTA 6 is. You will lose a crap ton of potential consumers by the mere fact they will be buying GTA 6 over it but the bigger aspect is TIME. How do you even advertise your game when every major gaming publication, reviewer, streamer, will be covering this. Kids will talk about this at school, people at work will be talking about it, celebrities will be talking about it, it...will....be....everywhere. It's the Avengers: End Game moment of gaming x10, people will have FOMO for this on an unprecedented level, multiple devs have said this in interviews I have done where they are ACTIVELY trying to avoid GTA 6 at all costs because their game would be DOA.
