Taking it off isn't painful if you wait for the tape to peel naturally at the anchor points, aka at least several days after applying.

Certain brands differ in adhesive (generic kt tape often uses acrylic based adhesive) so it's not guaranteed your skin will like it. If ur unsure, cut a small bit off and stick it around the area you wanna tape
