I hate to bring this up, but I will always find this to be right way to look at situations like this. Dan Campbell didn’t lie few years ago when he said “this may be our only shot.” Not that he knew it was or wasn’t, but in sports every opportunity you have to go deep in the playoffs could be your only or last shot. Pistons can’t go into this game with the narrative I see some people tryin to force on them. Doesn’t matter if they’re young and *should* have plenty years in front of them. Fact of the matter is this very well could be their only shot. They gotta play like it tonight.

Windhorst on the hoop collective today kept trying to say Detroit doesn’t have the defense on the wings the raptors did and McMahon/Bontemps both were like “did you forget Ausar Thompson?” Then Windy tried talking about Mitchell getting a favorable matchup, and they both, again, responded with “uhm, Ausar Thompson will probably be on him the entire series” Then Windy tried saying they can get him off of DM, and again it was like “they have Ausar Thompson” 😭😭

@KuKhahil I will say that LCA always sounds kinda quiet on TV and have heard multiple people say it’s loud as hell inside. For whatever reason it seems like the sound doesn’t transfer to the TV unlike OKC etc…

The ESPN broadcast tuned out the crowd noise, I promise you guys watching at home that the arena was deafening after this Ausar dunk. They didn’t accurately show how loud it was in that third quarter on the broadcast.
