Panther’s latest DAO proposal, PIP-29, has passed! The DAO has accepted @ZpokenWeb3 grant request to deploy Panther Protocol on @base, and authorized the DAO Council to negotiate and receive grants from the Panther Protocol Foundation. The DAO has also appointed Panther’s co-founder, @anishmohammed, to the emergency stop committee and designated a DAO treasury multisig for managing withdrawal fees.
