Where do y'all get these message requests from? All but one of my requests has been respecful of my #nofap goals.

Hey #nofap, day 16 is going strong, had a really rough night and morning, but this evening has been much calmer and less triggering. Gonna keep up the #realnofap fight and maybe will try to clean my timeline up more. Could always use some help with that, just give me ideas.
