For the longest time I felt ostracized in left wing spaces online due to the growing antisemitic radicalization of Hasan’s orbit. I felt completely isolated and I had no idea there was a group of likeminded, intelligent, and critical libs fighting against the loud minority on the far left. This weekend @tweetsfromstar brought me into a community where for the first time in years I really felt safe being openly Jewish and Israeli in a left wing space and I knew that criticisms of Israel would be actually political and not virtue signaling Hamas propaganda. Hasan and his orbit can continue malding because we know they are fighting a losing battle. The universe will always find a way to restore balance. The sane liberal majority does NOT Identify with Hasan’s psychotic takes and it feels sooooo good to finally see that.
