Case Today : A woman files multiple criminal cases on her husband after leaving him & taking away the daughter. Husband reaches out to brother-in-law living abroad to sort things out. Poor chap comes to India. Families sit down. Woman's family understands that she's only at fault and not her husband. So the brother & parents give statement to police standing by truth and in favour of the husband Irated, this woman gets a POCSO case filed on her own brother !!! Police asks CWC to intervene, speak to the child & give a report. CWC declares clearly in their report that the daughter has been tutored immensely by the mother and she's repeating the exact same lines as taught by the mother word to word. Citing the existing dispute in the families, they concluded that the case looks concocted. Woman then approaches higher police officials and gets immense pressure on police to submit a chargesheet. They do exactly that. Then they go ahead and even issue LOC against the man to get him back to India. High Court has now questioned the police the grounds on which the chargesheet was filed Meanwhile, this woman has forcibly entered her senior citizen mother's house along with daughter. She's now threatening husband's younger brother of POCSO case. Family tried to get CCTV installed. This woman threatened even the technicians that dare they do any installation she will file a Molestation case on them too. This elderly lady, her younger daughter in law & her 9 month old child are now living like prisoners in their own house. Police is helpless. This house is self owned property of the mother-in-law. She's a retired govt employee and put her life savings into this home. YET SHE IS TOTALLY HELPLESS, BROKEN AND HAS EVEN FALLEN SICK

Ravikumar and his wife, Sirisha, were living happily with their minor children in Warangal district, Telangana. One day, the couple was found dead on a railway track. Police later began investigating the case. Their children revealed to the police that their neighbors, Venkat and Pramila, had been repeatedly asking their parents to convert to Christianity. They also kept inviting them to attend church. Out of friendship, the couple went to church and joined Sunday prayers, but they clearly told their neighbors that they did not want to convert their religion. This led to small arguments between them. Later, Venkat and Pramila convinced Ravikumar to invest in a ready-mix concrete business. They promised that the business would make good profits. Trusting them, Ravikumar mortgaged his wife's gold jewelry at a bank and gave Venkat Rs 20 lakh to buy a ready-mix concrete vehicle. Venkat promised to pay Ravikumar Rs 20,000 every month from the business. However, he paid the money for only two or three months and then stopped. He also did not return the Rs 20 lakh. As the bank interest on the pledged gold kept increasing, Ravikumar and Sirisha came under severe financial and mental stress. Their children also said that Venkat and Pramila continued to pressure them to convert to Christianity. Unable to bear the financial loss and the harassment, the couple decided to leave their home. They later died by suicide after jumping in front of a speeding train near Ghatkesar railway station. Police said that call records show Ravikumar spoke with the accused Venkat for a long time, about 30 minutes before the couple died. Their children are now pleading for justice for their parents. Both accused Venkat and Pramila are currently absconding, and the police are searching for them. May justice be served for Ravikumar and Sirisha.
