The structural changes allowed for a generous kitchen-dining-living space, and the combination of corten steel beams and exposed brickwork it creates a loft-style industrial look.

A dated rear extension was demolished and rebuilt, and a huge windowpane and glass sliding door installed, resulting in space, symmetry and seamless fluidity with the garden.
