offering strategy to creators doesn’t feel the same anymore
which is why we only currently work with 2 creators for strategy at @bloxigg
the rest are compilations & sponsorships
that being said, strategy is great when you’re working with a creator who truly believes in you & vice versa
you really feel like you’re being impactful, most times, even when you are it doesn’t feel that way unless the creator is invested in the working relationship
i’d like 1 more, then we’re temporarily closing our doors to it
i’d rather work with 3 creators on ideation/outlining & produce killer results then work with 100 & fall behind

there’s actually a reason i hide names when i post analytics
most people do it to gate keep niches or because they’re posting bs, that’s pretty much it
i do it for client security, not only do creators prefer anonymity, but in any industry your competitors will laser focus on the people you work with to tear you down
even if our work is good enough to retain talent, why leave that door open?

i love how artists just be going to streaming thinking they’re gonna get kai cenat numbers off the dome when in reality it is further from the truth
gotta have something entertaining to provide, an incentive, not just “i’m live check me out” and expecting thousands to see ur shit

@StayKazed learned this the hard way, some people have it in them to do shit, some don't. just gotta find the right ones that won't give you a hard time. it's not just work traits, but characteristics as a person too (how they react to sensitive info, if you can trust them, pressure, etc.)

i'm currently training a few core members of the team on how to fall into their roles as leaders, here's what it boils down to:
- research what you do excessively to be able to answer questions, but you can't just answer questions, you need data, justification, don't just say "this works", say "this person did this exact thing & here's the result, here's what i learned from it"
- be critical yet understanding, don't tolerate nonsense but understand where it stems from & help guide your team towards cutting it out
- lead by example, get your hands dirty when you're training others, they not only respect you more, but learn way quicker
- talk, a lot, set a standard for communication
- find where someone shines & help them shine brighter in that role, i used to work for a huge youtuber & we decided to do a compilation, since i had already understood how to optimize a compilation video (beyond what we do now), he let me take full control of the project, it now has 21 million views
to add to that last point, i used to think people sucked, the reality was i sucked at finding where they truly thrive. had a guy who sucked when i hired him as an editor so i didn't trust to hire him for anything else, eventually caved & hired him for a filmer position, he crushed it daily

andrew tate might be the greatest clipping case study ever he was the most searched person on earth in 2022 just #andrewtate got 11.6 billion views on tiktok and that's not even near the total amount of views he got that year most people think he blew up coz of his controversial takes but that's only half the story everybody that joined hustlers university got a 50% affiliate commission link he was paying members $25 for every person they brought into his community a lot of people joined the community for this link alone coz in 2022 a million impressions got you $0-$40 max on major platforms tiktok and Instagram weren't even paying anything but w/ a hustlers university affiliate link every million impressions could get you up to $500 to $5000+ clippers were actively watching every single one of his interviews, podcasts, and debates to find clips that could go as viral as possible cuz there and andrew tate's incentives were equally aligned in 2022 hustlers university got 100,000 people in his community that's $58.8 million a year that's what happens when you give thousands and thousands of people an incentive to clip you and it's what i see on Content Rewards every day Content Rewards has 2 million clippers/UGC creators on it even if you don't have a community like andrew tate you can still get thousands of thousands of people to clip you on Content Rewards and give them an incentive so they work just as hard as andrew tate's clippers

At my peak around Trump's inauguration I was printing 200K+ views on every YouTube upload That put me in the top 3 In March that dropped as low as 3K (-99%) I actually wondered if my channel was completely dead, 8 years of work evaporated I threw away my entire content strategy and started over > lives + clips > shorts > Perps and Options trades > AI + Tech (not just crypto) We just hit 1M views this month and metrics are ramping HARD Content is an infinite game with everchanging metas and algos I've never been more pleased by my own content or enjoyed it more either Humbling experience and grateful to feel my motion returning to my veins My next era will be far more mainstream, I'd invest in that follow button if you haven't already You are early
