Exactly. Aircraft like the Twin Otter were designed for environments where runway length and terrain impose strict limits. But runways are also costly infrastructure and often located far from the actual destination. In many regions the real constraint isn't just runway length, it's the need for a runway at all.

@ZuriVTOL The Caribbean island of Saba is home to Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport, which has the smallest commercial runway in the world. It is possible to travel to Saba by regional plane, the most used being the Twin Otter.

Motor-to-motor load testing. Two electric motors are mechanically coupled. One drives, the other applies load as a generator. We measure current profiles, electromagnetic interference, and overall efficiency as part of propulsion system validation.
