Mexicans establish drugs labs in North West, Libyans have military camps in Mpumalanga. All these incidents point to a reality of foreign criminals using South Africa as a base for their criminal activities because of Home Affairs inefficiency.

MEC Kedibone Diale-Tlabela says this is a hotspot for undocumented foreign nationals. She says, the biggest challenge they are facing with this operation is identifying the bus drivers in order to inspect the vehicles for compliance.
