they dont actually their target is tokenisation, RWAs and if possible integrate with other payment rails (like stripe) to get a share of the stablecoins volume and this is one of the reason i think CT will be sidelined in the next wave of institutional money coming onchain (did an article on that) the fact that vlad is pushing memes (for now) is probably just him having fun onchain

I honestly don’t think anything of these corporate chains (including Robinhood) care about onchain degens tbh. Most crypto users are retail who only use CEXs. These companies care only about institutions & mass market retail not inbred lowest iq degens. Reason CT thinks that they matter is due to the typical narcissism and overconfidence that are hallmarks of gambling addicts.

@_0xghost_ Who cares if they "care" about us? We aren't looking for a relationship, we are looking for action. ​Robinhood built the infrastructure to bring the volume, liquidity, and retail mass market. If the order flow is there, that's where the degens play. It's pure business 🤟

If it wasn’t for 0 iq degens bridging to a chain early, causing memecoins to explode, driving activity/volume up onchain RH wouldn’t be a where it is rn. Why you think Vlad decided to give memes the green light? He may not care about memes but he knows people will trade them. Degens are free.
