Pourquoi Vinicius n'intéresse pas les autres gros clubs européens à un an et deux mois de la fin de son contrat ? Le constat peut être surprenant, surtout que ses représentants (Roc Nation) l'ont proposé un peu partout pour faire monter les offres. Sauf qu'avant de parler sportif, les raisons sont économiques et temporelles. Lors de son incroyable saison 2023/2024, sa cote était au plus haut. A ce moment, TOUT LE MONDE voulait Vinicius, qu'importe le prix (comme Neymar époque Barça). Et c'est là le souci : on met dans la tête du joueur des salaires faramineux (plus de 30 millions l'année au Real) tout en négociant le plus gros deal de l'histoire en...Arabie saoudite. Parasites extérieurs et tergiversation Au lieu de prolonger au Real avec une belle augmentation de salaire et prime à la signature, les sommes demandées étaient trop importantes. A la place, c'est tergiversation, attente et pourparlers avancés avec l'Arabie pour des montants dépassant l'entendement (plus d'un milliard sur l'ensemble du contrat). Or, l'affaire ne se fera pas, la faute notamment à des "parasites" extérieurs ayant essayé de négocier des choses dans le dos alors qu'ils ne faisaient pas partie de l'équation. Dans le même temps, les deux parties étaient hésitantes, ce qui a contribué à ajouter du flou. Roc Nation n'a pas profité de la hype autour de Vinicius Ne profitant pas de la hype autour de son joueur, Roc Nation demande aujourd'hui des sommes presque similaires. Sauf que la cote de Vinicius a baissé sportivement. Si des équipes seraient ravies d'avoir le joueur, elles n'ont pas les moyens ou l'envie de casser complétement leur budget pour l'attirer aujourd'hui (ce qui n'était pas le cas il y a deux ans). Logiquement, aucun prétendant ne s'est montré intéressé pour payer une grosse indemnité de transfert au Real (environ 150 millions), un salaire d'environ 30 millions (sans compter les charges) sur plusieurs années, une prime à la signature et des commissions d'agents, ainsi que d'autres avantages et bonus divers. Par défaut, le Real est pour le moment un peu la seule option concrète du joueur mais attention : les demandes initiales du ne seront jamais atteintes et il faudra faire passer la pilule à Vinicius (ce que ses agents redoutent et négocient, de fait, une prime à la signature en plus d'une plus petite revalorisation salariale). Qui va accepter de faire l'effort financier ? Tout dépend du montant de cette prime car le Real Madrid s'expose aux demandes des autres cadres de l'effectif : si Vinicius obtient ça, nous, on mérite quoi ? Ce qui n'était pas le cas en 23/24 vu que le joueur était clairement au-dessus du lot et pouvait obtenir un petit traitement de faveur. Reste donc à voir qui fera le premier pas et se "coupera" un bras dans cette affaire où le timing de chaque partie a été désastreux. Quant à l'Arabie saoudite, il paraît assez difficile de savoir son positionnement ces prochaines semaines et mois...
