@John_Fanta Are you sure? He wasn’t aware of the history of the Big and how important they are in #B1G play. He may want to get a PG this season as well. Can’t play your PG 38 - 40 minutes and expect that PG to play at the B1G level.

Pierre Rondo Jr. just Played in his first State Tourney..
Hes 13 years old, had to leave middle school early to Play in the Kentucky State Tourney.. Something no other Rondo has done before..

@Tyme1299218 True that it can be done. But when you need help everywhere, beggars can't always be choosers. When you're desperate, you end up with guys that appear to be actively trying to lose the last game of their career.

@CandidHoosier @HOOSIERHALE Me either. The year at Montverde definitely helped his development, but it was clear he wasn't ready for the speed and physicality of conference play. I'd be very surprised if he transferred.

Someone to keep an eye on as the coaching carousel begins to spin is former Texas head coach Rodney Terry.
Terry led the Longhorns to three straight NCAA tournaments as well as a Big 12 Tournament title and an Elite Eight appearance in 2023.
He also recruited and coached Tre Johnson at Texas, who was selected No. 6 overall in the 2025 NBA Draft.
