Raised an issue on 8th July with @Bank_on_Fi. Waited the 10 working days as instructed. Now both @FiCares and @FederalBankLtd have completely stopped responding. No update. No resolution. This kind of neglect is absolutely unacceptable. @RBI @jagograhakjago #CustomerNeglect
