@JakGrills @RTFKT @DHLUS The issue is that 4/4 arrived at the distribution facility and only 2/4 were delivered. DHL phone cust service confirmed as much and shipment updates are provided on a per-parcel basis.

@cas3333333 @RTFKT @DHLUS W/R to sender info, the only information printed top left of the soft mailer was “RTFKT”. DHL can’t do discrete packaging? What do you suggest I do in this case? Will @RTFKT replace my lost/stolen hoodies and work with DHL on the claim?

@_9600_ @RTFKT @DHLUS This is definitely unfortunate but we have to put correct sender info on the package. I think for future shipments it might be better to request the packages to be picked up/held at a nearby dhl location. This way there’s less likely to be a mishandled drop off
