With this achievement, he now holds a total of six world records in Surya Namaskar. After a ligament injury shattered his dream of becoming an athlete, Sandeep made yoga his new goal. To achieve such extraordinary feats, he practices for 12 hours every day. Before any major record attempt or competition, he stops eating 6–7 days in advance. Through his achievements, Sandeep Arya has earned recognition both in India and abroad. His next goal is to perform Surya Namaskar alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
