@_Al_X_andra The only thing that can turn around an adrenaline rush immediately, it’s something to slow down the nervous system, and that means something like diazepam immediately maybe a milligram have a speak to your doctor

I just thought about shaving my armpits so I could clean them easier with baby wipes. Right. I decided not to but but the things we do to survive this illness... :-0

We need to talk more about why hospitals are not safe spaces for many people with disabilities and chronic illness Some people cannot go to hospital when their health hits a crisis point. Some people know for sure, that going to a hospital is only going to make the crisis worse

This is so true of #ME too. All the neat explanations of how to control and manage this horrible illness are so often useless and make us feel worse and more impotent than ever. #MEAwarenesshour
