We are happy to announce that Allelys have been shortlisted as finalists within the SPMT category at the ESTA Awards of Excellence 2026 for our involvement in the Crawshaw Woods Bridge removal project. We look forward to the awards in April in the Netherlands!

Last week two of our engineers Claire Lawrence and Adam Tierney attended the Warwickshire Skills Show. At the event Claire and Adam spoke to students from Years 7-11 about the different career opportunities available at Allelys and gave insights into the industry.

With our flexible equipment fleet at Allelys, we're able to work on multiple projects across the country at the same time. On the same day as delivering a critical infrastructure project, we were also transporting this tank to ensure it can continue to be enjoyed by the public.

Allelys transported this Challenger 1 battle tank to an Armed Forces Day parade and to Operation Market Harbour where it could be on display to the public. This British main battle tank was used by the British Army from 1983 to 2001.

This 155te supergrid transformer was transported via vessel to Uskmouth Sustainable Energy Plant where we completed a roll-on roll-off operation using SPMTs. The 8 axle transport configuration travelled to site before a jacking and skidding installation to install the unit.

Allelys have transported and installed a 120te transformer from Avonmouth Docks to Melksham substation.

In January alone, we successfully executed: 🔵4 heavy crane lifts using our AK912 and LG1550 cranes 🔵7 girder frame movements, including a triple girder frame move over the weekend of 17th –18th January 🔵8 heavy installations

Two iconic statues from Birmingham are now on the next leg of their journey. After 10 years in storage, statues of James Watt and Joseph Priestley have been transported by Allelys from Perrybar to Bletchley where they will undergo refurbishment before being re-installed in 2026.

Allelys have been transporting a range of components up to 64te in weight and varying from 3m up to 6.4m wide as part of the NLHPP project in Edmonton over the past 12 months. The depth of our fleet has enabled us to scale our service offering to meet the needs of our client.
