To cap off the week: set a new PR in the half Ironman distance! 4:37:45 😤 This one was tough for a variety of reasons: product launch week of, injuries, travel, sleepless toddler, puking throughout the race, cramping on the run, etc. etc. etc. But today was really about honoring the sacrifice my family makes so I can do this, showing my son that setbacks never stop us, and getting to push for my absolute best on the day.
