@Covid19_preps @megigogi In most parts of the US, a vehicle is required. Most western states are so densely populated they have public transit that works, but having a personal vehicle is more efficient. When I was in Washington, I didn't have a car so a 30 min drive took over 2 hours of public transit.

@megigogi On second thought, do people really need a car? I commute via scooter + transit, and things are just fine.

@megigogi Christ, it was about $4.25 when I left Washington and headed back home. Gas over here was like $2.50 then jumped to $3, now some places are already at $4.25. When I first got my truck it was like $30 to fill my tank and now it's $60. It was like $1.50 growing up.

@TheFabsWOW Id take naps after work when I was at my other job, then go workout and I felt fine. Now I'm waking up in the morning to workout then head to work but I'm tired all the time and have been drinking energy drinks more frequently since. I feel our situations may have flipped lol

Took a 3 hour nap in the middle of the day a month and a half ago. Led to my sleep schedule shifting incrementally day by day, also made my body crave a nap every day to function, whereas b4 I could just wake up and be good to go all the way up til bedtime. TLDR I'm nap cucked

@FancyFancyBear1 One time this guy in my unit forgot his CAC so the higher-ups made him wear a giant cardboard sign that said "I forgot my CAC" for the day. He didn't forget his CAC since then lmao

@Aztec_Kangaroo When I draw trad, I always take wip pics (unless I forget to lol) but digitally not nearly as frequently. I like looking back at the process and seeing the glow up from pencil to inked, it's a fascinating transition!

@FinancialPhys It's getting ridiculous. I've heard it's marginally cheaper for towns out in the sticks, but the area I live in has some big companies so it's big for the area but nothing compared to Cali or Texas. Traffic is also way worse now, I remember when has was like $1.50

@EL_K_8187 It's mostly just how the instrumentals/rhythm goes. A good example of this is "Ichirin no Hana" by High and Mighty Color. I don't understand a lick of it but the instruments and vocals carry it, the guitar solos and growling vocals please my love for rock/metal music

How do foreigners listen to j-pop when almost all the lyrics are in Japanese?

@megigogi Yeah when I was visiting WA, getting used to locked bathrooms was annoying esp as an introvert. I live in an area that thankfully doesn't have that issue, def one of the major things I won't miss about the West Coast

I should go out so that I don't drench in this miserable state. It's the only free content I can afford nowadays, to go outside. But then again this fuckass state has ever public bathrooms unavailable and locked up. I'm gonna start pissing around like everyone else, fuck WA.

@condrianoo_ They'll catch up pretty quickly and then we'll have tons of filler like w Boruto. I'm also half expecting some characters to have design changes, like Sarada. She's a little older so they might let it slide, but if they don't I hope they make it a good one like with Boruto.
