@virginmedia can you please advise when we are excepting to have our TV services available again? No TV since Tuesday and the call centre have no idea whats going on. All they can say is a problem with the main box in the street.

@virginmedia It initially said today at 4.10pm, then changed to 5.10pm, then changed to 13th at 4.10pm... now shows nothing. The agent said that technicians were at the main box. I can see the main box from my front door, guess what, no vans. Expensive service for awful customer care.
