The Outstanding Contribution to Bakery award goes to Christopher Freeman, someone who has dedicated his whole life to the baking industry, and even in his retirement he continue to support and inspire so many. His commitment to this day is unquestionable. #NationalBakeryAwards

Next up is the Social Enterprise Bakery of the Year. This bakery opened in October 2022 at HMP Brixton and is all about changing attitudes, transforming lives and creating second chances. The winner is… The Clink Bakery! #NationalBakeryAwards

Congratulations to @dunnsbakery, which has been crowned London Bakery of the Year! This family-owned and run artisan bakery has been supplying North London and beyond with the best in traditional products since 1946, going from strength to strength. #NationalBakeryAwards

.@theHeatherlea in #Down has been crowned the Northern Ireland Bakery of the Year! This bakery has a team that keep one thing on their mind - the customer experience. Taking pride in their community, it is clearly appreciated by their loyal customers. #NationalBakeryAwards

The North West Bakery of the Year goes to @TheBearBakery in #Cheshire. A little gem, loved by both local customers and passing trade, their products are innovative, and the quality is second to none. A massive congratulations! #NationalBakeryAwards

Our South West Bakery of the Year goes to @BurnstheBread in #Somerset. Having been baking in Glastonbury for over 30 years, the team are well known for their delicious loaves and pastries. This is really an example of craft baking at its finest! #NationalBakeryAwards

Moving on to North East Scotland Bakery of the Year, which goes to @veganbaybaker in #Aberdeenshire. A true example of finding your own solution, this bakery was born out of a realisation that the vegan friendly options in baking were lacking. Congrats! #NationalBakeryAwards

Onto our South East Scotland Bakery of the Year, which goes to Alex Dalgetty Bakery in the #ScottishBorders. Blending tradition with a fresh modern look, this team work hard to make sure that their product quality is unmatched. Very well deserved. #NationalBakeryAwards

.@AlexGoochBaker in #SouthGlamorgan, has won the Wales Bakery of the Year! A fantastic showcase of vegan baking that appeals to the masses, the innovative products are to an incredible standard, and their passion for sustainability is evident. Congrats! #NationalBakeryAwards

Taking the South West Scotland Bakery of the Year title is @ChristieBakery in #NorthLanarkshire. They use local Scottish produce and are focused on keeping traditional techniques alive - it’s no wonder they are well loved by customers. Congrats! #NationalBakeryAwards

Our North East Bakery of the Year goes to @northern_rye in #TyneandWear. Their loaves are Instagram sensations, and their fun-loving team brightens the community with every coffee made. Customers are guaranteed consistently fantastic tasting pastries. #NationalBakeryAwards

The East of England Bakery of the Year is @fitzbillies in #Cambridgeshire. This bakery has done what so many struggle to do, which is to present their traditional background in a modern way. Well done! #NationalBakeryAwards

Next up is Yorkshire and the Humber Bakery of the Year, which goes to @RoseTheBakers in #SouthYorkshire, who have been baking for their community since 1940 and still to this day stick to the same values - great products at a great price. #NationalBakeryAwards

The West Midlands Bakery of the Year is @LiveLoveLoafUK in #Staffordshire, a family run bakery that started out in the home kitchen, before moving to their shop premises in 2014. The success of this bakery is a testament to the passion of its owners. #NationalBakeryAwards
