At a certain point, it stops becoming a visual improvement and starts becoming a misrepresentation of someone’s intent and vision. I think we just saw nvidia cross the line. I can see studios banning this as it misrepresents thier IP and makes their games look like the same boring AI slop.

@_Beezul Sorry, but that implies DLSS is mandatory. Artists can control how DLSS is applied in game. Devs can choose whether to support DLSS at all. And gamers can choose whether to switch it on. If DLSS is on, it's because artists, devs and gamers have chosen for it to be.
