@premierinn I have received notification that Southend Eastern Esplanade now has no Breakfast, Dinner or even Parking. I need a full refund. Please can you help?

@premierinn can you send me a complaints email please. With someone who will respond. Or can you please explain why you charge customers a parking charge. Don’t you own the land already? Where does the money go and why the charge ?

@premierinn Gatwick north hotel. What a joke! Cold food. Replaced with cold food then manager refuses to take it off the bill and says if I’m not happy I can leave but I’ll be reported to police for theft!

@premierinn THE most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced. 8 different customer service “professionals” who cannot seem to grasp that they made a mistake. It’s never-ending.

@premierinn I’ve spent a week trying to speak to your customer relations team. My daughter left 2 favourite teddy bears in your Stratford Hotel and no one is following up. Really poor customer service. Please find her bears!!

I called Premier Inn to cancel a room after a family bereavement. They put me through to the "Non-Flex Team." His job? Say "We don't cancel for any reason. Ever." That man's career could be replaced by a post-it note. Is your job easy enough for a chatbot to do?

@premierinn Have just called one of your hotels the third time today and still nobody answered the phone. Wasted 20 minutes waiting on the phone and god knows how much money as I’m on pay as you go tariff. Won’t be booking to stay at the hotel now.

@premierinn You cancelled our booking for last night and tonight, have not offered a refund and have since charged us £133 for a stay tonight!

@premierinn you ask me to send information and then do not respond . The clear facts are that a Premier Inn worker has access to customer accounts and that’s why they are able to send our invoices. This is a serious data breach !
