LHS Track & Field had a strong showing at the Jefferson Invitational Friday. The Boys finished 1st and the Girls 2nd in this twelve team event. Great job LHS Track!

LHS Track & Field has a strong day at UGA. The Boys team finished 2nd overall and the Girls team finished 5th. Both teams will compete this weekend at Red Devil Stadium as we will host Running with the Devils. Gates open at 8:00.

Second meet of the season and I went 2/2 in the 1600 and 800 at the North Oconee FAT All-Comers meet. I lead the 1600, controlling the pace the whole time, and had to fight for a win in the 800. Dual-sport high school athletes rank higher on recruiters' lists not just for participating, but for being a dominant difference-maker in competition. Don't dilute your focus and attention by adding in non-seasonal sports activities to your day! Focus on your IN-SEASON sport; the others can wait. Go be that Difference-Maker!! 🔥🔥🔥
