Excited to share that my lab has been awarded a #NIH #R35 #MIRA Grant from the National Institute of General Medicine @NIGMS! This grant will allow my lab to investigate and manipulate cells in low oxygen environments using lipid nanoparticles! @UNC @UNCPharmacy @DPMP_UNC

In this article, we introduce a novel, facile, catalyst-free, and versatile one-pot multicomponent reaction (MCR) to develop a library of ionizable lipids featuring a pharmacologically significant tetrahydropyrimidine (THP) backbone, tailored for enhanced mRNA delivery.
