LMFAOO Naruto fans are per usual delusional and don't understand that great paneling is intended to make your eyes flow from panel to panel with minimal effort, something Toriyama does significantly better than Kishimoto
He does it so well Naruto's sequel mangaka takes after him

There is also more to it like the speedline, how the mass of shuriken at the center is also a chaotic visual to us etc. That's why you shouldnt just blindly apply a prefabricate conception when you read.

@epiksalt the eyes will always wander on the panel no marrer what. Panel flow is not an absolute rules and the reading experience is not limited to just that
