On the IOTA testnet, something is already being deployed that could become the first real GovTech experiment in legislative transparency, inspired by “Parliament as code.” This aligns strikingly well with the study developed at the University of Bologna @Unibo on digitizing the legislative process using IOTA and Akoma Ntoso structures — the very paper that was published and discussed just a few days ago. Are we looking at the technical materialization of that paper in a live test environment… possibly drawing attention from institutional actors in Italy? Or is this simply a highly advanced academic prototype?
