@Cleartrip Flight cancelled by airline (Trip ID: 260401858634), but you’re still charging a convenience fee? Raised request on Apr 7, no response for 5 days, had to follow up myself. Prices have increased meanwhile. Unacceptable, plz refund full amount now.

@Cleartrip Booked flight via Cleartrip CT1201970 PNR: CDT9KB Kamlesh Chauhan.The airline cancelled the flight and issued a FULL refund to Cleartrip proof available but Cleartrip deducted ₹8000 as cancellation charges and hasn’t responded to multiple emails/calls.
