Im not a tumbling coach by choice. Im not passionate about teaching tumbling but im certified in all levels & I stay educated on the topic/progression/drills etc.

RO tucks are not of any significant value in cheerleading & all they do is create bad habits AND mental blocks. Pls stop teaching them. I’m glad ppl are talking more & more about this subject!!!
