@TeachHoopsBBall A few teams in my area have a city league where we create a team of 3rd-5th graders to play against each other in July. This allows us to introduce the game early and build a relationship with the youngsters. I’m just trying to build a program kids want to be a part of.

The number of girls playing high school basketball is a crisis no one is talking about. Programs are drying up. Teams can barely fill their rosters. We can't grow this game if we can't get kids to believe it's worth their time. What are programs doing to fix this?
