Customer service of Finnish Post said: "The package did not have recipient name or address, and it will be returned to the sender." The package was sent in Austria via Hermes. Well, haul the big heavy box of a router back then... We'll do this again once it gets back to Austria.

Turns out my router was here on 9th ready to be picked up. Finnish Post claims "we sent the recipient a letter about the item." As we can see on their own digital letter service: no, they did not sent a letter about the item. Welp, the package is now going back to sender.
