@roger_stev82377 SBP solos the entire verse. The entire Dragonball Universe stops around low complex Multiversal, and even if you wanted to wank it it'd for sure stop at Hyperversal. SBP is an Outerversal being that can manipulate and rewrite the plot. He can canonically affect the real world.
