He breached his employer’s code of conduct. Freedom of belief is protected, but isn’t absolute in the workplace. By entering employment, an employee agrees to comply with lawful, reasonable workplace policies. Personal beliefs don’t displace contractual & professional obligations
The Free Speech Union@SpeechUnion

David Toshack — a trainee Prison Custody Officer in Scotland— was sacked for refusing to call male prisoners “she/her”. David was praised throughout five weeks of training and participated thoughtfully in discussions, including those on managing trans prisoners. He explained that, due to his Christian beliefs and his understanding of “science, biology and reality”, he could not, in good conscience, use pronouns that conflicted with biological sex. The former army medic, who served in Iraq, Kenya and Afghanistan, said he would be more than happy to use neutral language where possible and refer to prisoners by their chosen name — a respectful compromise. His position — rightly — went unchallenged until the final week, when the safeguarding lead asked him to leave the session after he reiterated that he could only use sex-based pronouns. David was taken to HR and immediately dismissed for being “not suitable” due to his “strong beliefs”. Usual disciplinary channels were ignored, and no attempt was made to accommodate those beliefs. The company — GeoAmey — claimed David’s refusal to use preferred pronouns was incompatible with “the law”, despite the belief he expressed being protected under the Equality Act 2010. Last April, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that, under the Equality Act, a woman is defined by biological sex, not gender identity. The Free Speech Union is supporting David’s challenge to his dismissal. The failings in this case suggest the decision was predetermined, and that the real issue was David’s lawful gender-critical beliefs — not his competence or conduct. David’s case could set an important legal precedent against compelled ideological conformity in the workplace. Nobody should lose their livelihood for expressing lawful and protected beliefs. Please do support David by contributing to his crowdfunder at the link below 👇

@bluefocus1974 Any belief is protected. Manifesting those beliefs in a way that breaches workplace polices or code of conducts isn’t.

The UK is a breeding ground for; • Terrorists • Extremists • Illegals • Wokeism • Disease • Tropical disease • Groomers • Rapists • Murders • Cultural suppression/takeover • Christianity suppression • National pride suppression • Identity suppression • Societal decline If you could implement one rule that you believe would put a stop to the majority (if not all) of these severely dangerous contributing factors to an out of control nation, and that would make the UK a SAFE & THRIVING advanced society once again, what would it be…👇

If people come to live in Britain, they should accept they will live under English or Scottish law They must not be allowed to import their own legal systems If they want Sharia law there are over 60 countries which can provide it for them

I absolutely back a ban on social media for under 16s, IF the parents agree. It’s not for the Government to decide, it’s for mums and dads. Here’s a mad idea. Why don’t we let parents parent? THEY know best. A ban is unworkable and total state overreach. AGAIN.

Back in Epping after a long day at the police station and of course, more economic migrants around. I’m launching a documentary on migrant hotels and a UK debate tour to fight the communist indoctrination of our youth. Time to take this fight nationwide.

When I used to live on the central line, I never saw graffiti on a tube train. I moved about 5 years ago. Now whenever I get the central line, it’s covered. What’s happened?

Cops in these situations are in a rock and a hard place. Let’s assume (for the sake of argument) that the person driving this police car is both a Constable, has response and stops training (turn on the nee naws and pull people over). If they do nothing - they appear inept. Weak. Ignoring this behaviour. If they pursue, they could cause the person on the bike to come off and die, due to wearing no helmet. This could land them in the news, on social media, and even in prison, with little (if any) backing from the senior leadership. Instead of asking ‘why don’t the police do something?’ We could ask ‘how has society gotten so bad that this is happening in the first place?’ The first question is easy, often laced in vitriol/ anti police rhetoric. The other is much more complex, and harder to tackle. Do I think you should be allowed to do this? Of course not. But the question is much lore complicated than ‘why don’t the police just stop them.’
Basil the Great@BasilTheGreat

Can they just get away with anything? He drives his bike like a lunatic next to the Police and they do nothing. No helmet while pulling a wheelie. We all know why they won't arrest him Lucky he didn't post something offensive online or he could have been in real trouble

Dinghies coming into Great Yarmouth, RIGHT NOW. Authorities alerted, and I am urgently chasing. If these are illegal migrants, I will be using every tool at my disposal to ensure these individuals are deported. Enough is enough. Britain needs mass deportations. NOW.
