Kannonodo (Cannon + Komodo Dragon), the Artillery Pokemon, is a Water/Poison type!
When Gecqua evolved, its tail, which previously launched balls of water, turned into a cannon! It uses its inflatable air sack to adjust it, and shoot poison balls.
It is based on the gunner!

The problem with this design isn't that it's bad i actually like it
The problem is the context
We've waited 5 years for the reveal of the big bad
...for it to be a jester with a sphere head, for some reason
It just doesn't really fit and isn't unique enough
