My PhD thesis was partly born out of the anxiety as a non-native English speaker. 😬 Grateful for that time to grow professionally while battling my own insecurity. I miss the interactions w/ my L2 participants dearly.

It took my entire PhD to feel comfortable (not necessarily good at) giving talks in English despite doing it 2x annually at intl conferences and 10 yrs up to that point being in the US edu system. And another 5+ yrs with scientific writing for publications/grants. I feel seen 👇🏼

@megseekosh @NIDCD I didn't have any interim products to cite. But biosketch seems an okay place for them to go into. It sounds like a good question to ask the PO for clarification/precedent. Good luck!
English

Can someone who recently wrote an ECR R21 for @NIDCD clarify: ~Where in the app are we allowed to cite interim products (preprints)?~ Just the biosketch? Also research strategy? I know ECR R21s have different rules than R01s, but I am getting lots of conflicting information.
