Four policemen were injured and one lost his life when the outer wall of the Jhangi check-post was targeted by an explosive laden vehicle in Dera Ghazi Khan Punjab. A suicide bombing attempt from TTP FAK at the Jhangi Check Post in Taunsa Sharif was successfully thwarted by Police security personnel. The attacker was intercepted before reaching the intended target, preventing a major tragedy. Five Police personnel sustained minor injuries in the incident and were shifted for medical treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation, and security in the area has been further tightened.
