i was looking through the Final Fantasy XIII game files and i see Lightning's old face model is still here (with the updated model for comparison). the changes made are interesting

@BearBoyJW Nomura said it himself, he only worked on one character that was already in the game. Everything else is Yamashita Miki.

I'm willing to bet money that one character Nomura is handling the outfit design of for this game is Noctis.
Like, I truly can't think of any other ONE character he'd insta-lock on to draw design again.
It'd be funny, but cool if it's a modern remix of his Versus XIII outfit.

Versus XIII was shaping into something that would've really impacted action RPGs and video games in general based on what we knew and saw of Nomura's vision.
It's a shame more new FF fans and influencers don't care.

It’s nice to see so many people talk Final Fantasy Versus XIII today.
I was fighting that battle years ago, to the point people just told me to shut up and be happy we at least got XV.

I start to think that to do things right and not miss any infos given in interview about FF Versus XIII I should ask for help from a translator.
For example, the Famitsu PS2 from 2007/02 got only 1 line translated by IGN.
Idk if it's worth I buy it.

It’s the most talked about cancelled game ever. FF & KH fans are still discussing it 10 years later and what could've been.
KH2 is widely regarded as the peak of action RPG combat. Versus 13 trailers showed a game that surpassed that.
