PSG only won their first UCL in 2025, so they wear the standard winners' sleeve patch (the trophy emblem). UEFA only gives the special multiple-winner badge (with stars or numbers) to clubs with 5+ titles or 3 in a row. Single titles don't get a "1" added. That's why no number shows up yet. Same rule for every club.
