If I was broke rn I’d be grinding whitelist for most the nft collections out there rn. It’s easily one of the few existing ways to have a shot at growing from $0. if i had ₦75M here’s exactly what i’m doing
first 20% straight into T-bills. CBN is paying 18-22% right now. that’s ₦250k every month just landing in my account.
then 45% into money market funds and REITs. ARM, Stanbic, UPDC. still hitting 18-22% annually and my money is liquid. i can move it anytime
last 35% i’m buying Zenith, GTCO, BUA Foods, Seplat on NGX. dividends every quarter plus the stocks are appreciating.
NGX has been one of the best performing markets in Africa and people are sleeping on it
at the end of the day i’m sitting on ₦700k-900k monthly passively
money should work for you before you work for it.

You can buy a 3-bedroom flat for ₦30–₦50 million and buy a car worth ₦20 million. That’s like ₦70 million in total, and you’d still have about ₦32 million left.
Some people are just financially irresponsible and hiding it under “the economy is hard.”

With $50k you can build a complete comfortable house if you plan well.
The problem wasn’t building, he just started living above his means and expected the cash flow to keep coming forever.
I also recommend learning money management because making money is one thing, keeping and sustaining it is another.

Never make a permanent decision on a temporary situation.
The first thing to do when you get money is to find a consistent, repeatable way for the money to keep working for more money.
You can fund whatever you want from the profit, never your capital.
