Day 2 opening on cross national cooperation

Clear that GCC is stepping into a much more important role. Also clear PE managers are *much* more sophisticated about the geopol shifts.

At SuperReturn Africa this week, the annual gathering of African PE/VC that draws in most of the institutional Africa-focused LPs. Entrance is highly cost-gated at around $3k to $5k+ USD (for GPs) I'll be adding my thoughts from the sessions to this thread (redacting anything confidential). I think it's important for founders to get a sense of who their local VCs report to and what they care about. There are few ecosystems where the mandate from the top-down is as prescriptive. Share questions below as well!
