Passive: When ADS, Seer has a heart beat sensor, that gives "hints" on enemy locations. Tactical: Send out drones from Seer's chest, which reveal + track enemy's location. Ultimate: Send out 100's of drones to create a sphere. All enemies moving through that space are tracked.
