The SCSC Board of Commissioners voted today to renew four state charter schools! Atlanta SMART Academy, Liberty Tech Charter School, and Northwest Classical Academy each earned five-year renewals. SLAM Academy of Atlanta earned a three-year renewal term. scsc.georgia.gov/press-releases…

The Georgia House has passed HB 1030, the Math Matters Act. This is a big step toward strengthening math outcomes statewide and ensuring students build the skills they need for college, careers, and beyond.
