My department is doing a "privilege walk" as a DEI activity. It's embarrassing that folks still think this activity is a useful learning tool. Not only is this bad pedagogy, but it's also harmful to folks with marginalized identities and experiences. My oppression is not a game.

To end our Food and Culture Unit in HFN this week students made Butter Chicken/Shahi Paneer! The spices and smells filled the hallways! You did such a great job HFN students! We had such great discussions sharing our cultures and food experiences @PeelSchools @ErindaleSS #EML
