@RRLE0NE @Danil_jasra @YoungHelghast It took me 11-12h on my first playthrough while reading every single note and Ive seen some other ppl take a little bit longer so I might disagree on the 6-10h. Especially since Ive seen ppl "speedrun" the game and take 5-7h while getting the worst ending (the "coward" one)
English

@_GUEVO @Danil_jasra @YoungHelghast You read the notes as they appear, so it does take 6-10h on average. I have the game to 100% with total 15h, my first playthrough was like.. 10h? Those who are pretending to be fans are just lazy, game’s short.
English

@Danil_jasra @YoungHelghast 6-10 hours?? is this not counting reading all the notes?
English

@YoungHelghast The problem is people wanting to attach themselves, without wanting to invest in the media.
The funniest thing being Signalis, like most RE games, is 6-10 hours tops first time through. Not even a time investment argument like with Persona or long JRPG's
English

@DogFromHalfLife @YoungHelghast peak will call you, but some people are afraid of answering peak
English

@YoungHelghast How tf does signalis have fans that haven’t played it

Kokonutzy@Kokonutzy_
>Calls it Yuri >MC is male 😭😭 Yurirats can only cope

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX Yeah, that happens with every single character in the game. Its a gacha game after all, so relationships would interfere in the player's fantasies or whatever. Hoyo does know that too much.
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX Instead, everyone is just friends in a certain sense. I myself am well aware that a "couple" is a kind of fan culture.
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX Forget about them, they're ragebaiting or just hating.
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX The ambiguity I'm referring to is the implication that the speakers meant they all have someone they are attracted to. In the context of the original post, this ambiguity is about the fact that the official won't allow the characters to truly fall in love with each other.
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX Both are true, thats what she does with everyone. I think youre a bit biased here, no harm intended. I can see that youre a shipper and misrepresent the characters, twisting them softly enough to make them fit into your ship. Miko is not an angel, but she isnt entirely evil
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX You might think that Miko is using EI for amusement, but I believe Miko is very concerned about EI. This difference in interpretation leads to this disparity.
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX i dont think the game is ambiguous, miko and ei are being portrayed as friends acting truly like ones. The way they reference eachother, the way they interact, the fact that they see eachother twice a year and dont bother, how opposite they are, etc
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX I think the "CP" aspect is quite obvious. This stems from the ambiguous attitude of the game itself, the special nature of the relationships between the characters, and the preferences of the audience.
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX tbh you are overanalyzing stuff that other non pairing characters do too
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX Here, we have moved on to the discussion of the design logic of the characters themselves. My native language is not English, but based on the current storyline and the analysis videos of our country's own storylines,
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX yeah, but yae miko is a coin flip character, u never know which face you might meet, either her good part of her or her "evil" (as in kitsune) part. Thats why nobody is 100 percent ok with her
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX there is no design that shows any subjective malice towards Yae. Such a level of viewpoint is clearly a bit of a slippery slope in terms of speech. Yae has done many things for Rikako and Ei.
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX Her ill intent comes from ignoring Ei's call for help, letting her struggle in her own suffering. Something similar she did with Mizuki
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX Ei's sighs, i think, clearly don't indicate that she was really angry. This seems more like a way of showing her tolerance towards Yae. Miko used the example of herself scaring the writers under her command. Fromtheperspective of motivation, I don't think there was any ill intent
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX i never said that they dont trust eachother, though. They do, its just that their dynamic is so weird it can go from "why are you friends with her" to "Miko truly cares about Ei". But the latter one only shows during serious problems like as I said about Inazumans being afraid
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX No it wasnt, in their last exchange of words, Ei huffs upset at Miko's teasing. Do you also think Ei was happy to see her people be afraid of her when Miko deceived her into the Akitsu event? Their dynamic is of friends who extrangely get along pretty well.
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX In the context of my native language country, in3.7, Miko's teasing of Ei is a kind of comfort that alleviates Ei's concerns about such matters. Logically speaking, these two characters are not designed to be people who have estrangement from each other and are wary of each other
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX Miko didnt accompany Ei in the hot springs because with her she wouldnt have let her guard down. Which we might assume that is because of her prior episodes of messing with Ei. We've seen her use Ei's concerns of her people being afraid of her against Ei, for example.
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX Why do you think they would feel uncomfortable being alone together? These two are characters from the same country and have a close relationship. It's almost inevitable for them to be alone together in private.
English

@JieJing37523 @LIGHTANGEL_EX Miko's weapon story is nothing. And the novel would be a hint for something if there werent any negative interactions for the ship. We got the bath scene, we got Miko manipulating Ei, we got Miko not caring about Ei being about her people being afraid of her, etc
English

@_GUEVO @LIGHTANGEL_EX Taking a bath has nothing to do with the emotional description. I suggest you check out Miko's weapon story and a novel published by Aizoukou. The portrayal of Miko's emotions is obviously very profound. Also, Miko has some "unrealistic" fantasies about Ei to a certain extent.
