Madeira, Manchester, Madrid, Turin, and Manchester again. Wreathed in red. Restored to this great gallery of the game. A walking work of art. Vintage. Beyond valuation, beyond forgery or imitation. 18 years since that trembling teenager of touch and tease first tiptoed onto this storied stage. Now in his immaculate maturity. CR7 reunited.

We’ve reduced dance to entertainment, when in truth it is knowledge, identity, discipline, and history. Long before we wrote things down, we embodied them through movement, rhythm, and performance. So when we ridicule dance, we are not just dismissing art. We are dismissing intelligence, culture, and legacy. And this goes beyond dance. It is how we treat art in general. We consume it daily, but we refuse to respect it. We celebrate it when it travels abroad, but undermine it at home.

A woman underestimates a man's love for her. This makes her keep her options open, even while in a relationship. A man overestimates a woman's love for him. And unless he's a player, he hardly keeps his options open. This explains why women easily move on from breakups, while men hardly do. Women are players by default, men learn to be.

Using Sunyani East as a case study, the NDC had never won the seat, but for the first time in 2024 we won it. Sunyani had an ongoing ring road project which was started by the erstwhile Mahama administration but was abandoned for 8 years under Nana Addo. Right after winning power, President Mahama returned to the project, with contractors working day and night to complete it. But Afenyo and the NPP, on the other hand, want us to believe the people of Sunyani made a wrong choice by voting for President Mahama and his parliamentary candidate. Therefore, they will win back the seat. Isn’t that laughable? 😂

This Neymar situation just shows how deep rooted y’all hate Ronaldo. So now, y’all realized that Neymar has been carrying Brazil and not calling him to play his last World Cup isn’t fair. But y’all always scream “Portugal needs to drop Ronaldo” every damn time. Brazil without Neymar has so many international trophies, Portugal won’t even have one without Ronaldo. Useless and biased people.

If I were to start a private school, it would be a boys-only institution. All teachers would be male. Most would come from military backgrounds, with preference given to those with special forces experience. The structure would prioritize physical and practical development. Each morning would begin with physical training. Boxing. Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Obstacle courses. Firearms training. There would also be a strong emphasis on building. Shop classes. Hands-on work. The ability to construct something real. Even for someone who becomes an IT engineer, knowing how to build a chair matters. Real-world construction develops thinking. It trains problem-solving in a way abstract learning does not. Academic instruction would be concentrated. No more than three hours per day at a desk. That is sufficient to meet curriculum requirements and maintain academic competence. The rest of the day would be spent developing strength, discipline, and practical skill.

Today, it's crazy to think that boxing used to be in the school curriculum. London, 1930s ⏳️

In 2015-16 around the time when I was working with either NIB or Echo House, (I think) Citi FM conducted a campaign bringing awareness to the water implications of Galamsey. I remember this so clearly, there were people on the street around Okponglo handing out fliers. This was when JM was in power, and Nana Ama was still at Citi FM. Feel free to correct me if I’m mis-remembering A year later, power exchanged hands, and there wasn’t another national conversation again until KalyJay and Oliver Barker and co kickstarted it. By the time the conversation was renewed, Nana Addo had been in power for 6 years. In those 6 years, more mining licenses had been given than had ever been given in our history combined. Mining in forest reserves were permitted and the water had started changing color. That’s when the agitations began. There was an agglomeration of factors, which resulted in the agitations, including the time they had had to deal with the problem, how much worse the problem had gotten during his tenure and the fact that we were beginning to see physical manifestations of the problem. If anything we were very fair to the former President in giving him 6 years before we started complaining. If the problem is harder to solve now, he is one of the reasons that is the case. We should not be handing out get-out-of-jail free cards.
Fiifi Sage@_Fiifi_Sage

We have not been fair to former President Nana Akufo-Addo regarding the fight against galamsey. Propaganda was overused in the discussion around the issue, and now reality is setting in — OB and Omanhene.

🇬🇭 DID YOU KNOW⁉️: DK Poison earned $75,000 from a fight in Japan in the 1970s. Came home and gave $45,000.00 of it to the Ghana government during a national economic crisis. The government never fully paid him back. Ghana’s first world champion literally funded this country with his fists. And we barely teach his name in schools. 🇬🇭💔 #DKPoison #GhanaBoxing #DidYouKnow
