@ScottSummers @theIDGEEK ICP neurons can only be transferred by transferring the controlling Internet Identity. If a neuron is controlled by a hardware wallet (e.g. Ledger), it cannot be transferred to another party at all.

What "no central marketplace" means: Each seller deploys their own contract. Own canister. Own logic. Own state. No shared pool. No admin panel. No global switch. If the Hub goes down, nothing breaks. Every deal keeps running. #ICP #InternetComputer

@am4trades Should be fixed! Legacy idGeek now uses the new transfer-out flow to id.ai, the same as in the idGeek 2.0 contract.
