@RoyalMailHelp But it was sent 48hr tracked on Saturday last week! It still hasn't had any movement at all! 48hr isnt 6 days last time I checked!

@RoyalMail So you're retiring the RoyalMailHelp Twitter account. Your phone customer service has an hour wait time. And clicking on Contact Us on your website takes you round in circles. Maybe time to retire the service altogether as it is so INEFFECTIVE.

@RoyalMail this isn't my first complaint with the postal service. This happens far to often they say they will deliever within a certain window and I also appreciate that sometimes things do happen which can impact delivery times but this is a reoccurring issue.

@RoyalMailHelp apparently a parcel was "attempted" to be delivered yesterday but its funny how 1: I was at home & 2: my ring doorbell was not activated, pushed or any activity for the alleged time of delivery!! LOVE royal mail employees lying about doing their job!!
